Krakatoa – talk club: Nick Montfort about generated poetry

Nick Montfort develops computational art and poetry, often collaboratively. Join us in Bratislava and hear about his work.

He is on the faculty at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and he is the principal of the naming firm Nomnym. He has earned a Ph.D. in computer and information science from the University of Pennsylvania. He is Master in creative writing (poetry) from Boston University, a Master in media arts and sciences from MIT, and undergraduate in liberal arts and computer science from the University of Texas. Nick will be talking about his generated poetry and he will also read some of his recent poetry work.
